Imagine having your very own tabletop hot chocolate making station at home, with a variety of chocolates and toppings, lashings of cream and chocolate flakes…hmmm. Well, you need not imagine any longer, this is very simple, creative and fun to do and doesn’t need to be expensive.
You can’t make a hot chocolate station without… hot chocolate! Our hot chocolates are available in four different flavours dark classic, milk classic, oat m!lk classic and caramel.
Our delicious hot chocolates come in flake form, so melt really quickly and easily, made either in the microwave, or on the stove top. We’re absolutely delighted that our delicious oat m!lk hot chocolate has recently received a five-star review from The Independent whilst our dark hot chocolates are vegan friendly and are registered with The Vegan Society. Each pouch of our hot chocolate makes between 6-8 drinks (depending on how chocolatey you prefer it) and are ideal for those looking for an indulgent real chocolate drink. As hard as it may be, do try to reserve a few flakes to add to your whipped cream topping for decoration.
Now it’s time to pick your favourite toppings. There’s no right or wrong here, it is simply about what you like. Pop them into little spice jars, or small dishes, and add them to your table, along with your hot chocolates. At home, we love Oreo cookie crumb, crushed Lotus Biscoff biscuits, sprinkles, flakes and of course marshmallows. Add some caramel, strawberry or chocolate sauce, popcorn, whipped or squirty cream and build your own creation. Remember this is about what you and your family like, no one else, so choose the toppings and chocolates you like best.
One other idea to try, and a great one to make with the children, is to take some large marshmallows, thread two or three of them onto a wooden skewer, ensuring the end of the skewer is covered over by the marshmallow, dip them in some melted chocolate and then into sprinkles, or crushed candy canes for a peppermint hit, and leave a few minutes to set. Then, once you’ve created your hot chocolate, add a generous dollop of cream, and dip your marshmallow stirrer through the cream, into the chocolate. It really is delicious!

Have fun and experiment – blend your chocolates, try our caramel milk chocolate mixed with our classic dark and then, take a moment, breathe and enjoy the whole sensory experience of creating of your hot chocolate.
