Us Brits have been basking in the glorious sunshine over the past couple of months, as we have seen some of the best weather in years! It’s been a time of family BBQ’s, paddling pools and ice cream; and we felt that something was missing from our current product range that could satisfy our chocolate needs in this warm weather. So – we are introducing our brand new limited edition Chocolate Milkshake Flake Tins!
These delightful tins of chocolate milkshakes flakes are easy to use, and are handmade using only natural ingredients – that means no funny additives, so you can enjoy a milkshake with your mind at peace. We have 5 beautiful flavours to choose from; so whether you go classic with our milk and dark flakes, or shake up summer with our flavour infused tins – we know that you and everyone in the family will love them!
Chocolate Milkshake Recipe
There are many ways that you could go about making your milkshake; but after many trials and testing (and this was certainly enjoyed) – we have come up with two ideal recipes for you to try!
Simple Milkshake
- 4tbsp Chocolate Milkshake Flakes
- 20ml Boiling Hot Water
- 250ml (or enough to top up your glass) Ice Cold Milk
This recipe will be ready in a couple of minutes! Simply add the flakes to your mug, and then add the hot water and mix to a thick chocolate-y paste. Then top up with milk, stir and enjoy!
Ultimate Milkshake
- 4tbsp Chocolate Milkshake Flakes
- 20ml Boiling Hot Water
- 200ml Milk
- 1 Scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
For an extra tasty and deliciously creamy milkshake, then this is the recipe for you! You will need a blender – but it’s worth it!
- Mix the chocolate flakes and hot water to a paste.
- Add to a blender, along with the ice cream and milk. Blend until all is combined, and pour into your glass.
- Top with some whipped cream, and sprinkle on a few extra flakes!
This will wow your guests and is a lovely chocolate treat for summer.
Dairy Free Milkshakes
We know that many people can’t have milk, for whatever reason it may be; so we thought we would add about how you can enjoy a dairy free milkshake! You can use our Dark Chocolate Milkshake Flakes, and substitute the milk in your recipe for a non-dairy alternative, such as almond or soya milk.
