Chilli Dark Chocolate Bar

Chilli chocolate may not be for everyone; but we have handcrafted this dark chocolate bar so that the chilli flakes add a slight warmth to the chocolate; but not so that it is overpowering.

Our handmade dark chocolate has a hint of sweetness that lulls our newbie chocolate tasters into a false sense of security; at which point, the heat of the chilli arrives, popping the eyes wider and eliciting automatic sounds of “Oooh!” or “MMMM”.

This fantastic chilli and chocolate bar introduces chocolate explorers to a whole new world of surprisingly satisfying chocolate flavour pairing. We have experimented with this recipe until it was absolutely perfect, as we think you’ll agree.
