Our Story

Choc Affair is an ethical, award-winning and independent chocolate manufacturing business based in historic York, North Yorkshire.

Passionate about creating delicious chocolate, our range of confectionery is lovingly made by hand using the finest of sustainably sourced cocoa which is palm oil free.

We operate using the fairly trading model which provides cocoa farmers with a living wage. In addition to this, we also pay a financial premium that goes directly towards The Chocolate Dream which supports people, nature and wildlife projects based in rural cocoa farming communities in Colombia.

We believe people matter, so we work with farmers not farms, our chocolate is made by people not machines, that YOU, our consumer care about the impact of your choices and our retailers are visionaries with a dream.
