If you call us or email us, to let us know what the problem is, we will go all out to make sure we either refund or replace your item. We promise to be friendly and prompt in our reply, so you can call us with confidence that we will do all we can to make you fall in love with us all over again.

Chocolate Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

    1. Promoter
      This competition is run by Choc Affair.
    2. Eligibility
      Open to residents of mainland UK only and must be aged 18 years or over. Employees of Choc Affair and their immediate families are not eligible to win.
    3. Competition Period
      The competition opens on 1st February 2026 and closes on 1st August 2026.
    4. The Prize
      One (1) winner will receive a year’s supply of chocolate, defined as one chocolate bar per week for 12 months / 52 bars total. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available. Bars will be selected at random and where possible any dietary requirements will be taken into consideration.
    5. Winner Selection & Announcement
      Winning tickets are added to bars at random.
    6. Claiming the Prize
      If the winner does not respond in time, we reserve the right to select another winner. The winner must contact customerservice@choc-affair.com providing a photo of the golden ticket and bar wrapper including the batch no (visible on the back).
    7. Delivery of the Prize
      We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect delivery details. Chocolate will be delivered in one shipment to an address provided by the winner.
